Nate Lundy is a dedicated educator and leader with over two decades of experience fostering inclusive, student-centered learning environments. As the Director of Enrollment Management and Strategy at San Francisco University High School, Nate has been instrumental in shaping admissions practices that reflect the school’s mission and values, ensuring the recruitment of diverse, engaged students and families. His leadership is marked by a commitment to transparency, collaboration, and student empowerment, guiding teams to navigate complex decision-making with a focus on inclusivity and community-building.

Beyond his administrative accomplishments, Nate has served on numerous boards and committees, contributing to strategic planning, rebranding efforts, and mission-driven growth at various institutions. A native Bay Area resident, Nate can often be found coaching basketball outside of work. He’s passionate about the sport both on and off the court.
