Members of the public are welcome to address the Board on matters within the Board’s jurisdiction that are not listed on the agenda. The Board generally may not discuss or take action on matters that are not on the agenda, but may refer a matter to staff or request that it be placed on a future agenda.
Public Comment on Agenda Items: Members of the public will have an opportunity to address the Board on each agenda item before or during the Board’s consideration of that item. Public comments are limited to three minutes per speaker, subject to reasonable adjustment by the Board Chair based on the number of speakers and the time available.
