Public Comment on Agenda Items: Members of the public will have an opportunity to address the Board on each agenda item before or during the Board’s consideration of that item. Public comments are limited to three minutes per speaker, subject to reasonable adjustment by the Board Chair based on the number of speakers and the time available.
