Last night students, teachers, parent/guardians, and staff stood in solidarity to ask the SFUSD Board of Education to consider an admission preference for Gateway Middle School Students into Gateway High School. With the unanimous support of the members of the Curriculum Committee, Board President Sandra Fewer, Commissioner Maufas, and Commissioner Haney, the motion now goes before the full Board for a vote on September 23rd.
We are one step closer to serving Gateway students to the best of our ability.
