Eva Geisse (she/her)

Eva teaches 9th grade Environmental Science, 10th grade Biology and AP Biology at Gateway High School. She also serves as the Science Subject Area Coordinator. She grew up in San Rafael, CA but has called San Francisco home for almost a decade. She studied Biology & Environmental Science at Whitman College and earned her Masters in Teaching and science teaching credential at the University of San Francisco. She has facilitated science learning in a variety of spaces, including the outdoors, K-5 classrooms, and even Gateway Middle School! She loves exploring Golden Gate Park with her dog Nora and trying new restaurants in the city.
