Anastasia Zamkinos

Anastasia Zamkinos has been an English and Humanities high school teacher since graduating from the Stanford Teacher Education Program in 2014 and has been teaching at Gateway since 2017. 
She has brought a deep commitment to fairness and equity, along with her passion for learning and literature, to teaching young people in each of our high school grade levels. She has also contributed to Gateway High School’s Leadership Team and served as an Instructional Coach and as WASC Coordinator, among other roles. 
In her free time, she attends traditional gong fu tea lessons, reads, cooks, hikes, and plans travel adventures.
