Cathy Cockrum Dean

Cathy graduated from Brown University and Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration. She has 15 years of experience in financial services, industrial manufacturing, and high technology businesses. In the past, she has taken leadership roles with the National Board of Reading Partners, San Francisco Day School Board, the Brown Club of Northern California, and the Junior League of San Francisco. Cathy served as the chair of Gateway’s Board of Trustees from 2005-2009. Currently, Cathy serves on the Regional Board for Reading Partners and the Advisory Board for the Breakthrough Collaborative site at San Francisco Day School.  Cathy and her husband, Sandy, have three children.
